As I stated in the last post, some thrill was still on for the line for the Champions of Europe to be decided, but it turned out that favorites just won everything plain and simple.
Inter was the one that had the biggest problems, with thin wins (as usual) to secure the Italian Serie A. Bayern Munich destroyed the Bundesliga, with easy wins in the end of the championship.
Barcelona almost slipped in Sevilla one round before the last, but had no problem at all to win by 4 at Camp Nou in the final round against Valladolid.
And finally, Chelsea with an exquisite season, punished Wigan with a 8×0 win at home to claim this year Premier title.
Those were the best teams of the year, not only in their countries, but also in Europe. Besides Chelsea that lost to Inter, three of them were in the semis of UCL and Inter and Bayern will decide who will take the triple crown this year, since both teams won the CUP and the League in their respective countries.
